Pure Line LV – Refund & Return Policy

At Pure Line LV, we stand behind the quality of our bathroom vanities, credenzas, wall panels, and furniture. We take great care to ensure that each piece meets our craftsmanship standards before it leaves our shop. Because many of our items are custom made, we’ve established the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our work.

1. Policy Applies Across All Platforms

This refund and return policy applies to all purchases made directly through our website and any third-party merchant platforms (such as Etsy, Shopify, etc.). Regardless of where you purchase, the same guidelines apply.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges on items that are:

  • Non-custom (not built to custom size or specification),

  • Unfinished (raw wood – no paint, stain, lacquer, or requested finish), and

  • Unused and in brand-new condition.

If your item has been customized in any way, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.


3. Return Notification Window

You must notify us of any concerns or issues within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.


4. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable

Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only. All original shipping and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. We do not reimburse freight, parcel, or pallet shipping charges under any circumstance.


5. Condition & Repackaging Requirements

All approved returns must:

  • Be in original, unused condition.

  • Be returned in the original shipping packaging, including boxes, padding, and/or pallet.

  • Items that arrive back to us damaged, improperly packed, or with visible use will not qualify for a refund.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at purelinecabinetry@gmail.com or 725-400-7659.

  • Please include photos and a detailed explanation.

  • If eligible, we will offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund — determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Items must be kept in their original packaging until the issue is resolved.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. This includes proper repackaging and securing of items, especially large items shipped on pallets.


8. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the nature of the return.
